Learners are observed while completing tasks carried out in a real working environment.
Where real working environment is not available, students will be assessed by a combination of written assignment, case study, role-play, learning activities, peer observation and oral questioning.
To pass all 7 units in order to be awarded the City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning and Support Services Skills.
Upon successful completion of the course, learners (students) can progress into the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Cleaning Supervision Skills course
